The Abraham Lincoln Centre provides comprehensive services directed towards increasing people’s personal functioning level, enhancing their social skills, encouraging compliance with medication regimen and increasing independent living.

Eligibility Criteria
- Adults 18 years or older.
- Received previous psychiatric hospitalization with diagnosis of mental illness, and are at risk of re-hospitalization.
- Have manageable behavior.
- Are willing to participate in group activities.
- Reside within Service Area: Roosevelt Road North to 75th Street South; Lake Michigan East to Dan Ryan Expressway West.
Service Hours
- Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm.
- Weekends as pre-scheduled.

- Medicaid eligible
- Private Insurance (3rd party billing)
