Adult Computer Lab - Using the Internet

The course begins with basic concepts and builds quickly to intermediate skills and techniques. Above all, this club is designed to teach technology skills, but always with an eye toward the use of technology to enhance individual opportunities, productivity, and quality of life.
Objective 3.1 Identify different types of information sources on the Internet.
Objective 3.2 Be able to search the Internet for Information.
Objective 4.1 Identify how computers are used in different areas of work, school and home.
Objective 4.2 Identify the risks of using computer hardware and software.
Objective 4.3 Identify how to use the Internet safely and legally.
