Our
Staff
All
staff members have been selected for their caring dedication and
desire to work with children. Our staff members have cleared
background checks and are certified in First Aid and CPR.
Eligibility
Requirements
Ages
6–11 years old, for school year & summer participation:
- Child &
Parent Social Security Cards.
- Child’s
Dental & Immunization Records.
- Child’s
Birth Certificate.
- Parent must
be working or in school (if working, check stub is required).
A small fee will be assessed based upon your income, to be paid
monthly.
- Please ask
about Private Pay.
Ages
12–17 years old:
- Parent
completes Enrollment Application.
- Copy of
Report Cards when available.
- Acknowledgement
of Centre’s policies.
